Our Workshop
We operate out of a 700m³ 3-bay workshop in Te Rapa, Hamilton with up-to-date machinery including:
- 1 x 6½ton overhead gantry crane
- 1 x 3 ton forklift
- 2 x 2½ ton monorails
- 2 x sheet & plate rollers with capabilities up to 6mm S/S @2500 long
- 2 x sectional rollers with capabilities up to 75 x 100mm S/S Flat Bar @ 1m diameter & dies for rolling S/S tube 1”, 1½” & 2” down to 500 diameter
- 1 x 80 ton press brake up to 2500 long
- 1 x 3100mm guillotine with capabilities of up to 6mm S/S
- 1 x knuckle radius machine with 25 x 50mm radius tooling with 350mm – 4000mm diameter range at 5mm S/S max
- 5 x GF tube/pipe saws
Stainless Steel Fabrication Specialists
From small blender hoppers, tanks & 1 off transitional pieces through to large duct work & silos up to 60,000 litres, we can cater for all aspects of S/S fabrication covering all industries for all types of uses. From design/certification & full material traceability through to installation we can cater for all your needs.
Site Services
With our ongoing involvement with the greater Waikato area and several new & older dairy sites, we offer a full range of pipework (S/S & carbon) services backed up by qualified fitter welders and an extensive range of welding procedures covering all applications. Our site crew is more than capable of all pipework & site installation covering all of your needs.
Mild Steel Fabrication
With a fully separate 150 square metre container shelter on the back of our site with a purpose built overhead monorail, we can cater for all your general carbon requirements.
Site Compliance / Health & Safety
We work day in day out under Fonterra’s Permit to Work systems with all of our staff put through Permit Receiver / Hazard ID courses. We have staff who are trained in Height Work & Confined Space and over half of our staff are qualified First Aiders. We take Health & Safety extremely seriously for our staff and others around us.
